Christmas is a season of gathering, and the table is where so much of it happens: slow breakfasts, mince pies with friends, hot chocolate after a winter walk and long afternoon teas. Our Christmas tableware collection at Mikolia brings together festive mugs, plates and tea sets designed to make those moments feel a little more special. From cosy gingerbread designs to cheerful red and white bows and classic Santa scenes, every piece adds warmth and character to your festive table.
Whether you are refreshing your own kitchen for the season or looking for a Christmas gift for a tea lover, you will find charming festive tableware here at a range of prices.
Christmas Mugs
A festive mug is one of the simplest ways to bring Christmas into everyday life. The Red and White Bow Christmas Mug is a rounded white ceramic mug decorated with raised red bows and a red and white peppermint swirl, with a sweet, candy-cane look that brightens any breakfast table. For a cosier, more rustic feel, the Gingerbread Christmas Mug has a speckled white glaze with raised gingerbread houses and hanging ornaments in warm biscuit brown, finished with a brown rim.
Both are perfect for hot chocolate, mulled drinks or a festive cup of tea, and they make an easy Christmas gift or stocking filler, especially when filled with sweets or a sachet of luxury hot chocolate.
Christmas Tea for One Sets
A tea for one set is a lovely way to enjoy a quiet moment during the busy festive season. Each of our sets stacks a teapot neatly on top of its matching cup, so it takes up very little space on a tray, bedside table or kitchen shelf.
The Red Snowflake Christmas Tea for One Set has a red teapot scattered with white snowflakes, finished with a gold-coloured handle and lid knob, with a matching cup and saucer. The Santa Christmas Tea for One Set is decorated with Santa, Christmas trees and gifts, with a red lid and handle and a saucer reading "Merry Christmas". The Red Christmas Cottage Tea for One Set features a snowy cottage scene and festive lettering, with gold-coloured details.
For a softer, more natural look, the Gingerbread House Tea for One Set pairs a speckled white glaze with raised gingerbread houses, trees and ornaments, and a wooden-look knob on the lid. Browse all tea and coffee sets for more ideas.
Festive Plates for Christmas Baking
Every Christmas table needs a beautiful plate for mince pies, gingerbread biscuits and festive bakes. Our gingerbread plates are oval, with a speckled white glaze decorated with raised gingerbread houses, stars and snowflakes in warm brown, and a brown rim. Choose the larger Gingerbread House Christmas Plate 30cm for sharing at the centre of the table, or the Gingerbread House Christmas Plate 26cm for a smaller selection of treats. Together with the gingerbread mug and tea for one set, they create a coordinated festive table with a cosy, homemade feel.
Mix and Match: Two Festive Styles
Our Christmas tableware falls into two easy-to-style looks. The gingerbread collection brings a warm, rustic feel, with speckled white glazes and biscuit-brown details that suit Scandinavian, farmhouse and neutral kitchens. Pair it with natural wood, linen napkins, pine cones and soft candlelight.
The red and white collection, including our bow designs and red tea sets, has a classic, cheerful look inspired by candy canes and traditional Christmas colours. Pair it with greenery, red ribbon and gold accents for a festive table that feels bright and welcoming. You can also mix the two: a red tea set beside gingerbread plates makes a playful, layered Christmas table.
Finishing the Festive Table
Complete your Christmas table with a few decorative touches. The Red and White Bow Candle Holder adds a striped bow centrepiece, and the Red and White Bow Christmas Basket is perfect for holding baubles, pine cones or wrapped sweets beside the plates. For a classic festive scene, add a nutcracker or reindeer figurine or a small tabletop Christmas tree. Browse all Christmas decorations to finish the look.
Hosting at Christmas
If you are hosting family and friends this Christmas, festive tableware is an easy way to make guests feel welcome. Set out the gingerbread plates with homemade biscuits when visitors arrive, serve hot chocolate in Christmas mugs after a frosty walk, or bring out a tea for one set for a guest who needs a quiet moment. A few festive pieces mixed with your everyday white crockery is all it takes to make the table feel special, without buying a whole new dinner service. Explore our wider tableware collection for classic white and gold pieces that pair beautifully with festive designs.
Christmas Tableware Gifts
Festive tableware makes a thoughtful Christmas gift that will be brought out year after year. A tea for one set is a lovely present for a tea lover, a grandparent or a friend who enjoys a quiet cuppa, while a Christmas mug makes an easy Secret Santa gift or stocking filler. For a more generous present, pair a mug with the bow basket filled with festive treats. Explore more ideas in our full Christmas collection and our gifts under £25.
Caring for Your Christmas Tableware
To keep your festive tableware looking its best for many Christmases to come, we recommend washing it by hand with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, and avoiding abrasive cleaners. Pieces with gold-coloured details, such as the red snowflake and red cottage tea sets, are not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave. Please check the care instructions on each product page before use.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50, and every order is packed firmly and securely so that ceramics arrive safely. If you are buying Christmas gifts, we recommend ordering early in the season so your tableware arrives in plenty of time for the festivities.
