A wide band of peach peonies, leaves and trailing scrolls runs across the centre of a soft grey ground. The design is woven into the cloth as a jacquard, so the reverse shows the same pattern in inverted colours, with blue flowers on a warm peach ground. Both sides are finished to be used, so you can turn it over to change the look of the room.

The whole surface has a raised, puckered texture that gives it depth and a relaxed, lived-in feel, and the edges are finished with a decorative stitched border.
